His first NGO which provides Education for Underprivileged for women and children in 2011 but he works for poor people since 1990.
The struggles to realize the human rights of women and children have much in common because historically women and children have been legally and socially disadvantaged. On the other hand, gender-based discrimination is deeply embedded in childhood and contributes to the continuum of violence that runs through many women's and girl's lives. Zarooni had always fought for women and children rights around the world. Al Zarooni is a First Person that built Robot jockeys for the Camel Races in 2003. He wants to shop using small children for Camel Races because of Human Rights.
In 2005, Al Zarooni introduced a peace Campaigns called "Boundaries Do Not Bind" which he wants to be peace in the world. There is enough of the distrust and tensions. He decided to start from India & Pakistan because both countries are close to him.
