Memorandum of undestanding - Polonne & IHRC

IHRC signs a memorandum of understanding with the City of Polonne in Ukraine as part of the International Local Partnership -ILOPA program.
On August 21, 2021, the Secretary General of the IHRC, Prof. h.c. Rafal Marcin Wasik, together with the IHRC Ambassador at Large Jaroslaw Tatarowski and the Ambassador Slawomir Rogowski, assisted by the IHRC Commissioner Ruslan Gavrylovskyi and the IHRC Advisor Aleksander Maliszewski, participated in the celebration of the 1025 anniversary of the City of Polonne.
During this great celebration, the IHRC and the city of Polonne signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of the International Local Partnership of the IHRC (ILOPA). For Polonne, it is an agreement signed by Mayor Franz Skrymsky. All this happened thanks to the cooperation with the International Diplomatic Mission of the Interstate Project "Ukraine-Poland" and its President Mr. Maksym Zapeka
The IHRC commission awarded:
- IHRC Gold Medal the City of Polonne and the Church of St. Anna
- IHRC Silver Medal Mayor of the City Frants Skrymskyi
- IHRC Bronze Medal - the Vice-President of the Diplomatic Mission, Viacheslav Budenko
