International Human Rights Commission IHRC Corporation, also operating under the registered trade name Interpol Center USA (ICA), is a non-profit transnational international humanitarian organization incorporated in the State of New Mexico, United States of America (Business ID: 7589050).
The organization is organized and operated exclusively for humanitarian, educational, and peacebuilding purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. No part of the organization’s net earnings inures to the benefit of any private shareholder, director, officer, or individual. IHRC Corporation does not participate or intervene (including the publishing or distribution of statements) in any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office and does not engage in activities prohibited for organizations exempt under Section 501(c)(3). All donations and contributions are voluntary and non-remunerative and are used solely to further the organization’s humanitarian mission, including programmatic activities, administrative coordination, legal and compliance functions, and the coordination of honorary offices and humanitarian structures worldwide.
