IHRC Secretary-General Prof. Rafal Marcin Wasik Arrives in Nigeria, Assured Comprehensive outcomes
The Secretary-General of the International Human Rights Commission-IHRC, Prof. h.c. Rafal Marcin Wasik alongside the Master Volunteers Coordinator (MVC) and Managing Director IHRC Control Department, Ambassador at Large H.E. J. Tatarowski has arrived in Nigeria for the IHRC Symposium on International Humanitarian Law and Armed Conflicts: An African Perspective, assured comprehensive outcome of his visit to Nigeria.
The Commission Ambassador at Large and Head of Diplomatic Mission in Nigeria, H.E. Ambassador (Dr.) Duru Hezekiah gave the assurance while welcoming the Secretary-General and his team for their first Diplomatic Visit to Nigeria on Tuesday at Abuja.
He reaffirmed that the Secretary-General's visit will harmonize corporate partnership with the Government of Nigeria and the Official Inauguration of the Nigeria Central Office heading the Diplomatic Mission in Nigeria.
He added that the occasion tends to improve information sharing in establishing long-term economic and investment cooperation in the Republic of Nigeria cum Official Presentation of his book on International Humanitarian Law and Armed Conflicts: An African Perspective.
Furthermore, the Ambassador at Large Dr. Duru Hezekiah reiterated the commitment of individuals across the globe who are promoting the culture of peace through humanitarian interventions, adding that the Secretary-General Prof. Rafal Marcin Wasik would be decorating them with the IHRC International Humanitarian Service Award during the Symposium on Friday 8th September 2023 at the International Conference Center ICC Abuja.
