I would like to congratulate H.E. Hima Boubacar new West Africa Special Advisor IHRC, a man of Human Rights who looks after children ,families who combat terrorism and defend the dignity of humans in Africa our special advisor Mr Hima Boubacar. We welcome him to our International Human Rights Commission to help us build a fruitful future, we believe his contributions to the Western African countries, will help not only Africa but it will European counties as he help the police and army to protect borders and fight crime.
