The International Human Rights Commission - IHRC today awarded a Certificate of appreciation to Niger's Minister of Public Health Dr. Idi Illiassou Mainasara for all his efforts in the fight against coronavirus (Covid-19). Ambassador Romanos Raad handed the Certificate on behalf of the Secretary-General IHRC. The official ceremony took place in the presence of: H.E. Ambassador SIRAJO ISSA MAHAMADOU and his assistant Mr Mamane Ousmane. Minister Idi Illiassou Mainasara presented a symbolic gift to the representative of the International Commission on Human Rights IHRC.
