IHRC supported special program of education

IHRC supported special program of education and counseling for the development of education of school children in Sri Lanka.
As a voluntary assistance program of the Special Monitoring Mission of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC SMM), on October 2, 2023, the officials of the Special Monitoring Mission in Sri Lanka organized a special education development and counseling program for school children in Sri Lanka.
According to Dr. chrishantha Dissanayake, the Sri Lankan member of the International Human Rights Commission .  Amaradasa Dilankarachi, Pastor Ananda Kumar, Hemantha Witharana, Jayatissa Atawoodahetti, Harrison Somesiri, Udara Ratnayake, and Mrs. Sakura Wasanthi participated Here, Dr. chrishantha Dissanayake asked the participants of the program to be more careful than before, as the future of the country is determined by the mental and educational strength of the children.
This special program was held at Giri / Napokuna Primary School, Pannala Education Division, North West Province of Sri Lanka.
The children of 05 schools of Pannala Education Division participated in this and the Kurunegala District Coordinator of Sri Lanka Scout Association Aruna Mahatma gave full support in organizing this program.  Mr. Senarath Lankathilaka, Director of Education, Giriulla Division, and Mr. Chinthaka Ratnasooriya, Principal of Napokuna Primary School also provided support on behalf of the educational institutions, and teacher advisors Mrs. Mallika De Silva, Mrs. Oshadhi and Mr. Sarath Peiris also provided support for this.
