OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION OF STATUS AND AUTHORITY
 
As Peace Ambassador, DAMIAN PAWEŁ PODNIESIŃSKI is vested with the following powers:
  1. To officially represent the IHRC Corporation at international forums, conferences, diplomatic missions, and events related to humanitarian and human rights activities.
  2. To act as an official spokesperson on matters relating to global fundraising and the  humanitarian mission of the IHRC.
  3. To negotiate with governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental organizations,  foundations, institutions, and private donors worldwide on behalf of IHRC.
  4. To initiate and formalize partnerships with individuals and institutions contributing to IHRC’s humanitarian and peacebuilding programs.
  5. To participate in reviewing and approving marketing, informational, and campaign materials related to IHRC’s mission.
  6. To make public statements and give media interviews on behalf of IHRC concerning its international humanitarian initiatives.
VALUES AND PRINCIPLES
As Peace Ambassador, DAMIAN PAWEŁ PODNIESIŃSKI undertakes to uphold and promote the following principles:
  1. Commitment to global peace, humanitarianism, and intercultural understanding.
  2. Political neutrality and impartiality in all IHRC engagements.
  3. Transparency and integrity in managing humanitarian resources and public trust.
  4. Alignment with international humanitarian law and universally recognized human rights      standards.
  5. Responsiveness to the needs of civilian populations affected by crises and conflict.
COOPERATION
All governmental and non-governmental organizations, institutions, and private individuals are encouraged to cooperate with DAMIAN PAWEŁ PODNIESIŃSKI in his official capacity to support IHRC objectives, including:
  • Fundraising for humanitarian aid programs
  • Logistics and operational support
  • Campaigns for public awareness and mobilization
  • Strategic planning and execution of relief and development missions
TERM
This Mandate is effective as of the date of signature and shall remain valid for a period of three (3) years, unless officially revoked earlier by the International Human Rights Commission IHRC Corporation.
