As Commissioner, HUNAIDA KUZLI is vested with the following powers:
- To officially represent the IHRC Corporation at international forums, conferences, diplomatic missions, and events related to humanitarian and human rights activities.
- To act as an official spokesperson on matters relating to global fundraising and the humanitarian mission of the IHRC.
- To negotiate with governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental organizations, foundations, institutions, and private donors worldwide on behalf of IHRC.
- To initiate and formalize partnerships with individuals and institutions contributing toIHRC’s humanitarian and peacebuilding programs.
- To participate in reviewing and approving marketing, informational, and campaign materials related to IHRC’s mission.
- To make public statements and give media interviews on behalf of IHRC concerning its international humanitarian initiatives.

• Strategic planning and execution of relief and development missions

TERM
This Mandate is effective as of the date of signature and shall remain valid for a period of three (3) years, unless officially revoked earlier by the International Human Rights Commission IHRC Corporation.

ADDITIONAL MANDATE – GAZA STRIP AND ARAB COUNTRIES
As Commissioner, HUNAIDA KUZLI is specifically entrusted with a strengthened role in matters related to the Gaza Strip and Arab countries. She shall serve as a key liaison for the coordination of humanitarian missions, partnership development, and diplomatic representation in the region. Her responsibilities include facilitating the safe and efficient delivery of humanitarian aid, promoting peace initiatives, and advocating for civilian protection and human rights across conflict-affected Arab nations.
